Aileen Bryant- shy (why) she started with timid charm, but quickly captivated the room with deep vocals trailing off in delicate vibrato. she did not look up once, yet she was definitely connected to the room. her words are touching.
Ohioan- ryne+morgan, big energy,soft softs, dancing toes, heart-wrenching gorgeous lyrics.
Saw Whet- this gal is special. Her voice sends chills down your spine. whimsical, it’s like reading your favorite fantasy a thousand times as a child , and this is the memory you are left with, all in a moment.
Ah Holly Fam’ly- large and growing. beautiful instrumentation, soft sensitive drums, a collection of voices, featuring the above mentioned becky, beautiful amelia and lead by jeremy, sincere velvet awkward, lovely.
Nut Brown- fuck yes. some kind of alien hip hop that makes you tap your feet, if not full on shakin that ass. 2 encores. 2! in a living room!
